Clases y Talleres de YOGA Y MEDITACIÓN
El Bienestar Integral es accesible a aquellos que conocen
los métodos de purificación y nutrición de todo el ser, a todos los niveles.
La enseñanza es validada por metodos cientificos actuales y por la práctica éxitosa de muchos alumnos. A los que siguen los metodos propuestos se les garantizá el éxito.
Clases ofrecidas por profesores habilitados internacionalmente con amplia experiencia docente en las bases científicas del Yoga Integral.
Clases presenciales y en línea, por zoom. Después de cada clase semanal se recibirán deberes recomendados a realizar.
Desarrollarás habilidades para mejorar nuestros esfuerzos en todas las áreas de tu vida, a través de métodos para alcanzar el dominio de la consciencia.
La postulaciones se reciben a través de los formularios presentes en la página. Para los cursos en línea, la selección final se avisará por correo.
Según el caso, la presencia al curso y un examen final, se les entregará un Diploma de Participación.

El Instituto del Bienestar (IBU) es parte de un proyecto mucho más amplio que comenzó hace más de 15 años en Uruguay a través de la difusión del Yoga y de la Meditación de una forma amplia, sistemática y entusiasta. El éxito y la transformación que han conseguido los que lo han Canada Development Investment Corporation (CDEV) seguido con perseverancia lo válida como algo muy adecuado para los seres de estos tiempos, para estos lugares, para nosotros todos.
